ارزیابی ریسک مراکز درمانی در مقابل تهدیدات انسان‌ساخت (نمونه موردی: بیمارستان فیروزگر تهران)

چکیده

کاستن آسیب­پذیری و ریسک دارایی­های کلیدی و اجزای ارزشمند تأسیسات و تجهیزات حیاتی جامعه در برابر تهدیدات انسان­ساخت و خصمانه دشمن و استمرار فعالیت­ها و خدمات مراکز درمانی و بیمارستان­ها در شرایط بحرانی از جمله موارد ضروری در برنامه­ریزی­های پدافند غیرعامل است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر ارزیابی ریسک دارایی­های کلیدی بیمارستان فیروزگر در منطقه 6 شهر تهران در برابر تهدیدات انسان­ساخت      می­باشد. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و روش تحقیق، توصیفی - تحلیلی می­باشد. از روش­های اسنادی     کتابخانه­ای) و مشاهده و پرسشنامه برای گردآوری داده­ها و اطلاعات استفاده گردیده است. روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات تلفیقی از روش AHP-FEMA در نرم­افزار Excel بوده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می­دهد بخش جراحی، اتاق­های عمل، اورژانس، بخش رایانه، بخش حراست و انتظامات، تأسیسات برقی و مکانیکی، انبارها و ورودی و خروجی­ها از بیشترین احتمال ریسک و خطرپذیری در برابر تهدیداتی چون خرابکاری، بمباران هوایی و موشک‌باران، سایبری و عملیات تروریستی برخوردار هستند. در پایان نیز راهکارهایی برای کاهش آسیب­پذیری و ریسک ارائه شد.
