Abstract

In recent years, some suitable programs and measures have been implemented to strengthen the infrastructures, strengthen and modernize worn out and vulnerable urban tissues and reform crisis management systems. But at the same time, in urban management, the approach of resilience and maintaining balance in times of crisis has not been designed, and most of the programs and actions were focused on the physical safety of the city. And addressing the infrastructure and social, economic and inter-institutional management dimensions that are aspects of urban resilience have been neglected. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to identify the key factors affecting the resilience of worn-out tissue in Behbahan city. The current study is applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of methodology. In this research, library and documentary methods are used for data collection and MICMAC software is used for data analysis. Finally, 17 variables affecting resilience in social, economic, organizational-institutional, and physical-environmental dimensions are identified and analyzed and ranked in MigMeg software. The statistical population of the research is 20 experts and specialists in the fields of urban planning, crisis management, and future research, who were selected by targeted sampling. The statistical population of the research is 20 experts and specialists in the fields of urban planning, crisis management, and future research, who were selected by targeted sampling. Therefore, among the 17 driving forces, 7 driving forces have a key effect on the future state of the resilience of the worn-out tissue of Behbahan city. Physical texture and structure, institutional performance, urban infrastructure, severity of damage, density, uses, and access are among the key drivers influencing the future resilience of the worn-out fabric of Behbahan city. The results of this research show that the general pattern of dispersion of propellants of the worn-out fabric of Behbahan city, in terms of mutual effects analysis, indicates the state of an unstable environmental system in which the propellants under study, in terms of effectiveness and effectiveness, state It is complex and intermediate.
