Abstract
The earthquake is one of the most important disasters that affect urban citiesand settlements and cause irreparable damages to different parts of urbanareas, especially their access network; but it can cause serious damage andin some cases irreparable, but it can be helped by planning and offeringappropriate solutions and management. against the earthquake today isone of the new approaches that have contributed significantly to increasingthe resistance of cities and reducing the damage inflicted on them. the main purpose of this study is to determine the physical resilience componentswith emphasis on access network and their investigation on the accessnetwork of the three tehran area. The method of gathering data and data islibrary and field. after studying and investigating the researches done in thefield of resilience and physical dimension, more and more prominentcriteria wereselected on the area , citing the salient features of the region. to select the importance of criteria and sub criteria, ahp (ahp)technique was used. After ranking the criteria and the standards,, the layers of information related to eachcriterion are produced and finally with overlapping of all layers, the finallayer, which is the physical resilience of the region . to analyze the hierarchicalstructure, expert software was used and gis software was used to generateinformation layers. The results obtained from the analysis of the locally produced GIS layers aredue to low - eastern access network, as well as in some localities in some districts (Zargandeh,Hasan Abad,Rostam abad,Seyed Abad and Gholhak) On average, the conclusion is that the eastern half of the Western region has a relatively low swing area that requires attention andimprovement and improvement in the safety conditions of these areas.
