طراحی مدل انتقال تکنولوژی در حوزه فراساحل صنعت نفت و گاز کشور: رویکرد آمیخته

چکیده
وجود نفت و گاز و سایر منابع فسیلی به عنوان ثروت های خدادادی در ایران، نقش قابل توجهی در روند توسعه این کشور دارد. یکی از عوامل اساسی در راستای بهره برداری بهبنه از این میادین نفتی و گازی، در اختیار داشتن تکنولوژی های مرتبط با این حوزه است. برای کاستن فاصله تکنولوژی بین کشورهای توسعه یافته و کشورهای درحال توسعه، انتقال تکنولوژی بعنوان یکی از گزینه‌های کاهش شکاف فناوری در نظر گرفته می شود. هدف این مطالعه، ارائه مدل مناسب انتقال تکنولوژی در حوزه فراساحل نفت و گاز می باشد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری غیراحتمالی هدفمند، 18 نمونه انتخاب شده است. در ابتدا با انجام مصاحبه با این خبرگان و سپس بهره گیری از تکنیک کیفی تحلیل تم، 8 عامل موثر بر انتقال تکنولوژی مناسب شناسایی شدند. در گام بعدی با استفاده از روش مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری مدل نهایی پژوهش ارائه گردید. این مدل دارای 5 سطح بوده که به ترتیب اهمیت، سطح پنجم: عوامل دولتی، عوامل مالی و اقتصادی، سطح چهارم: ماهیت تکنولوژی، سطح سوم: ویژگی های سازمان انتقال دهنده، سطح دوم: مدیریت و رهبری، منابع انسانی و سطح اول: ویژگی های سخت افزاری و نرم افزاری سازمان گیرنده تکنولوژی می باشند. در نهایت به منظور بهبود و تسهیل در فرایند انتقال تکنولوژی پیشنهاداتی ارائه گردید.

چکیده English

The existence of oil and gas and other fossil resources as divine wealth in Iran has a significant role in the
development of this country. One of the main factors behind the exploitation of these oil and gas fields is
the possession of related technologies in this field. Technology transfer is the best option to reduce the
technology gap between developed and developing countries. The purpose of this study is to present an
appropriate model for the transfer of technology in the offshore sector of oil and gas field. In this
research, by using non-probabilistic and purposeful sampling method, samples were selected as 18
people. Initially, by interviewing these experts and then using the qualitative technique of the theme
analysis, eight factors influencing the transfer of technology were identified. Then, by using the
interpretive structural modeling method, the model of the research was developed. This model has five
levels, respectively: Fifth level: government factors, financial and economic factors, fourth level: nature
of technology, third level: features of transition organization, second level: management and leadership,
human resources and first level: hardware and software features of technology receivers. Finally,
suggestions were made to improve and facilitate the technology transfer process.
